Please note: you may only recover your username and/or password this way if a valid email address was included in your profile. As well, if you registered or purchased our services yourself, the original username and password was issued to you in an email titled "Your Account to take training has been created!". If your training was set up by your company administrator, then please contact them to provide you with your username and/or password for your account.

Yes, until you complete the program you may log in and out as many times as you need. When you log back in you will start at the beginning of the module in which you left off.
Not a problem, you can reprint your certificate at any time, as long as it has not expired. Please login to the Learning Management System at http://87332.learninglogin.com then click on "My Courses" and "Completed". This will allow you to reprint a certificate for the applicable course.
